The following is a small sample of the over 1600 projects. Click on the image to make it larger. I do not have a listing of the colors used in the projects below so there is a research fee. If you are interested in obtaining the color name and code for any of the samples, please email me with the Project ID listed below the project name along with Before, After, Alternate 1,2 etc. Please understand that the color calibration of your monitor affects the colors you see on your screen. There is a $20 research fee for the first color and $10 for each additional color payable through Pay Pal.
1765 Remodeled to Second Empire
Built in 1765 this house was remodeled years later to the current Second Empire style in the 1870’s. The paint color placement was very bad. The body and trim were the same color in most places and the only thing that was noticed were the accented features. The shutters on this house are completely wrong as you know from reading my shutters page. The homeowner will be replacing them which was contingent on taking on this project.
Scope of Work:
- Correct color placement.
- Historic paint colors.
1905 Prairie Style Clown House No Longer Shunned
This Prairie style house was painted in probably the worst colors I have seen making an elegant house look ridiculous and cheap. This is great if you really hate your neighbors. The architecture of this house is just beautiful and with new paint colors this house can now be accepted into the neighborhood. The real estate values for everyone on this street will now increase. Not everyone is good at paint colors but sometimes a person’s efforts can really be shocking.
Scope of Work:
- Correct paint color placement.
- New historic paint colors.
