The following is a small sample of the over 1600 projects. Click on the image to make it larger. I do not have a listing of the colors used in the projects below so there is a research fee. If you are interested in obtaining the color name and code for any of the samples, please email me with the Project ID listed below the project name along with Before, After, Alternate 1,2 etc. Please understand that the color calibration of your monitor affects the colors you see on your screen. There is a $20 research fee for the first color and $10 for each additional color payable through Pay Pal.
1910 Folk Victorian in NY
There is a white plastic fence in the foreground. The homeowner did not want to go through the trouble of painting the entire fence because the fence must match the trim on the house. Therefore the trim had to be kept white and only the body color and accents changed.
Scope of Work
- New paint colors.
1885 Victorian in Kansas
A Victorian house looks dead without a contrasting window sash color. Notice the detailing in the gable decoration. A common mistake I see is the porch floor fascia being painted the wrong color. This is part of the trim and should be painted the trim color.
Scope of Work
- New paint colors.
1899 Queen Anne in Connecticut
This was a tough house to work on with all the tree branches in the way. Notice that with a dark trim there is additional accenting that can be done which would not look as good with a light trim. See in the alternative example the balusters and individual spandrels are accented in the body color.
Scope of Work
- New paint colors.
