Duplex living can be difficult especially when your neighbor has different thoughts about color.
My client on the left prefers the more authentic color scheme to the nice but more contemporary lighter colors to the right.
Notice the building on the right has new reproduction windows while the left side has some originals. The dark sash is more visible against a light curtain but notice the difference in the window configuration. The replacements on the right are obviously a very poor version of what they should be.
